Accomplished hospitality professional with over 20 years of international experience, including 13 years in luxury 5-star hotels and 12 years as Executive Chef. Proven leadership in high-end operations, hotel pre-openings, and cross-functional management. Expertise in Mediterranean cuisine and extensive knowledge of Asian cuisines (Indian, Thai, etc.). Successfully operated on six continents and led diverse teams in various dining formats including fine dining, brasserie, steakhouse, and buffet.
